As The September 9 festivities of Brazil Day DC draw preciously close, Brazilians and Brazil lovers alike anxiously await this one day when they can count on to indulge their senses in the sounds, flavors and styles of Brazil. As this special day comes to an end, one question always remains in the minds of those who attended this great festival – how does one easily find these Brazilian businesses, organizations and performers year-round?

The Brazilian Business Directory of Greater-Washington has set out to become the most trusted source of authentic Brazilian products and related services to the Brazilian communities in DC, MD and VA, offering free listings to participants of Brazil Day DC, and ensuring that every listed business meets eligibility requirements for relevance and authenticity. Listed business must meet at least one of the following requirements:

1. Offer products/services that are Brazilian in origin, flavor or style.

2. Offer products/services made or performed by members of the Brazilian community.

3. Offer products/services that are relevant to the needs of the Brazilian community.

4. Offer products/services that are representative of the Brazilian culture.
